Wednesday 5th July – data entry continues

Young historians from Y4 continued their important data entry work today.  It is very time consuming with attention to detail the order of the day.  The children need to make sure that service numbers are correctly entered; names spelled correctly; capital letters, commas and full stops all in place.  The names of the cemeteries in France needed particular attention to detail.  1914 and 1915 casualties have all now been entered onto the data base, with 10 to do for 1916.  We will continue this important historical work tomorrow.
